The Hyola Ultra 30K uses replaceable prefilled pods + refill containers (total 20 mL per replacement set: two 1 mL chambers + two 9 mL auto-refill containers). This system is designed to give long sessions with easy flavour switching using the rotating mouthpiece. Below is a stepwise, accurate method to install and use replacement pods and refills, plus troubleshooting and maintenance tips.
Genuine Hyola Ultra 30K replacement pod pack (contains 2 × 1 mL prefilled pod chambers + 2 × 9 mL refill containers).
Your Hyola Ultra 30K device (charged).
Clean, dry cloth (for wiping contacts).
Optional: cotton bud or compressed air to clear debris from the magnetic contact area.
Work on a flat, clean surface.
Keep liquids away from USB port and electronic contacts.
Don’t puncture refill containers. They are prefilled and sealed for use with the pod system.
Do not attempt to open or refill the tiny 1 mL chambers manually — use only the provided refill containers and genuine pods.
Keep pods and refills away from direct sunlight, heat, and children.

Open the replacement pod pack carefully.
Verify the pack contains: 2 × prefilled 1 mL pod chambers and 2 × 9 mL refill containers (per the product spec).
Check seals: every chamber and refill container should have intact rubber/plastic seals. Do not use if packaging is damaged.
Power off the device (if applicable) or ensure it’s in standby.
Wipe the magnetic connection area on the device with a dry cloth to remove dust or residue. Avoid liquids.
Remove the protective caps or silicone plugs from the refill container outlets and the pod mouthpiece seals as instructed on the pack.
Keep caps in a clean place if they are reusable for short-term transport.
Note: Some refill systems use a push/insert action that opens a valve automatically when seated — follow the packaging orientation carefully.
If the replacement set requires you to place the 9 mL refill containers into a housing before attaching the 1 mL chambers, align them per the pack instructions.
Ensure the refill containers are seated fully and their ports are unobstructed.
Align the pod’s magnetic base with the device’s magnetic port and gently press until it clicks/positions securely.
Confirm the pod is flush and stable — a wobble may indicate misalignment.
For dual-flavour sets, rotate the 180° mouthpiece to choose which chamber is active.
The device should detect the selected chamber immediately — the LED/display may show the pod status or active flavour.
Although replacement pods are prefilled, let the device sit 1–3 minutes after installation. This allows liquid to settle and ensures the mesh coil chamber (if present) equilibrates. This short wait reduces any chance of momentary dry puff or muted flavour.
Turn on or unlock the device and check the display for pod recognition, e-liquid level, and battery status.
Take a few gentle draws (no aggressive inhales) to confirm vapour and flavour. If the first few draws are muted, give another minute for saturation.
Ensure magnets and contacts are clean and dry. Wipe with a dry cloth.
Re-seat the pod: remove and reinsert until it clicks.
Check seals: if seals were not removed correctly, the chamber may be blocked.
Try the other chamber (rotate mouthpiece) — if that works, the issue may be the chamber orientation.
Let the pod sit longer (1–3 more minutes) for full saturation.
If burnt taste persists after priming, the pod may be damaged — replace with a new genuine replacement pod.
Avoid prolonged Boost Mode on an immediately installed pod; use Eco for the first few draws.
Confirm seals/caps were removed correctly and that refill container ports weren’t punctured or misaligned.
Ensure the pod is seated flush; a partial fit can cause leaks.
Store device upright; if stored sideways after installation, small leakage can occur until pressure equalises.
Rotate mouthpiece fully to active chamber; sometimes rotation isn't complete and airflow holes are misaligned.
Clean the mouthpiece and airway with a dry cloth — do not use liquids inside the pod.
Store replacement pods in a cool, dark place (room temperature). Avoid extreme heat or cold.
Keep unused refill containers sealed until ready to install.
Use genuine replacement pods for best compatibility — third-party pods may not seat correctly.
If you won’t use the device for a week or more, leave the battery at ~40–60% and store it powered off.
Empty or spent prefilled pods and refill containers may contain residual nicotine liquid — dispose of them according to local regulations.
Many regions require e-liquid containers and batteries to be recycled properly. Do not throw batteries or liquid pods into general waste.
Q — Can I manually refill the 1 mL chambers?
A — No. These chambers are prefilled and designed for replacement via supplied refill containers. Manual refilling risks leaks and coil damage.
